Nature of this website
This is a business-to-business (B2B) product catalog. Prices are provided by quotation after we review SKU, quantity, destination, and packing requirements. Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding purchase order.
MOQ and lead time
Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is confirmed per SKU. Indicative production lead time after deposit is typically 15–30 days, subject to capacity and material availability stated in the quotation.
Samples
Samples may be available. Sample fees and freight (collect or prepaid) are confirmed before shipment.
Incoterms and shipping
Common options include FOB, CIF, EXW, and DDP where feasible. Exact Incoterm, port, and freight estimate appear on the written quotation. Duties and local taxes in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment
Payment terms (for example deposit + balance before shipment) are stated on the Proforma Invoice. Do not transfer funds except to bank details issued on our official documents.
Returns / quality claims
Because products are made or packed to order for wholesale, returns are handled case by case under the sales contract. Please report quality issues with photos and order references within the claim window stated in the quotation or contract.
